1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Nashville Downtown Partnership Shuttle Pass Service ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
We provide a web application that allows users to purchase shuttle passes, receive them via SMS or email, and avail shuttle rides from designated parking lots to specific drop-off points in the city.
3. User Obligations
Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when purchasing a shuttle pass. Users are also responsible for the safekeeping of any pass details sent via SMS or email.
4. Restrictions on Use
You may not:
- Resell or reproduce the Service or any part thereof.
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Try to harm our Service or any user of the Service in any way.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
